These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Student," or "you") and Skill Awareness Program ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of our digital learning platform and services.

By enrolling in the program, creating an account, making a payment, or accessing any part of our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

The Skill Awareness Program is a comprehensive digital learning platform that provides:

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

One-Time Fee: The Skill Awareness Program requires a one-time payment of Rs 2,000 (inclusive of applicable taxes) for lifetime access to all current and future content.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount and agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

No Recurring Charges: This is a one-time purchase with no subscription fees, renewal charges, or hidden costs.

All sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy except in cases of verified technical issues that prevent access to the service. For complete details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

All content, including but not limited to text, videos, images, quizzes, AI-generated responses, course materials, software, and design elements, are owned by Skill Awareness Program or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content solely for your personal learning purposes.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues with advance notice when possible.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service, including adding new features or content, with reasonable notice to users.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Educational Purpose: Our program provides educational content and skill awareness. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or income levels.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Skill Awareness Program be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Your Right to Terminate: You may stop using the service at any time. Given the lifetime access nature of your purchase, account deactivation does not entitle you to a refund.

Our Right to Terminate: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to our platform or other users.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Haryana.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Dispute Resolution: Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations for a period of 30 days.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.
